At Talent Corps, we’re celebrating a major milestone—8-year anniversary of Strengthening America’s Workforce with top-tier construction staffing solutions. Since our founding in 2017 by Marine Corps veteran Jared DeRuby, our mission remains clear: connect skilled tradesmen with the nation’s leading construction projects.

From Humble Beginnings to National Impact

We launched in 2017 as Electrical Talent, focusing solely on electrical staffing based in DFW. By 2018, our client demand grew, and we expanded into Mechanical Talent and Industrial Talent, allowing us to serve broader construction staffing needs. Our team worked hard to ensure that no matter the trade, we had the right professionals ready to go.

In 2020, we unified our divisions under a bold new vision—Construction Talent and Medical Talent. This company-wide rebrand allowed us to sharpen our focus and streamline our services, offering even more customized workforce solutions across both industries.

By 2023, we took another major step forward. We merged our construction and light industrial divisions into Talent Corps, while Medical Talent became its own independent company, giving both brands room to grow and specialize.

We are getting started in 2025 with a unified brand, Talent Corps, ready for new projects and growth. Gaining experience in the renewable energy field, our database of professionals in this industry continues to grow.
