Laura McLand Vice President of Human Resources
Laura, Vice President of Human Resources, brings a proven ability to scale HR functions and develop cultures that support organizational growth. Her career in HR encompasses staffing, health care, hospitality, and is expanding into the commercial construction. She has held executive leadership and organizational development roles, with a strong focus on talent and organizational development. She has a BA Human Resources Development and an MBA from Texas Tech University and continues to study emerging HR trends.
Outside of work, family is a central part of her life. She and her husband, Darrin, enjoy spending time with their three adult children and their families, especially making memories with their three grandchildren. They also love traveling, spending time with their German Shepherd, Leena, and cheering on the Red Raiders and celebrating all things Disney.
